WHEN WILL YOU CHARGE MY CARD?
When you complete the checkout process your card will be charged for the full amount.

Please allow 24-72 hours for a written response, if you do not hear from us email us again to make sure it went through properly.


MY ORDER STILL ISN'T HERE, WHAT SHOULD I DO?!
If you're concerned something's wrong with your order please check the product listing for the shipping date, also please check the Delivery Informartion.
Mailman will carry out up to 2 delivery attempts. If the mailman is unable to deliver, after this attempts, Your package will be kept on your local postal office a few days before they sent it way back to Mèxico as "Unclaimed".  So pls get in touch with your local postal office. 
if you're still having issues please contact us with your order number and we will help you get it sorted out.

 

YOU SENT ME THE WRONG SHIRT!! HOW CAN I GET THE RIGHT ONE?!?
As much as we try to avoid them, on occasion mistakes do happen and you could receive the wrong item. In the event you're sent the wrong item you need to contact us, you'll be required to return the shirt to us in it's unopened/unworn condition. No returns or exchanges will be accepted if the item has been worn or washed. No exceptions. Once we've received your return, your replacement will ship and you will be reimbursed with store credit for the shipping amount.

No, discounts cannot be applied to any existing order. No exceptions, if you don't use the code at checkout, you don't get the discount.

 

WHAT'S YOUR RETURN POLICY?
All items must be returned/exchanged within 10 business days (2 weeks) of confirmed delivery date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges, including the shipment back to purchaser on exchanges, a 15% restocking fee will be applied for all returns. All returns/exchanges must be shipped with a tracking number. Please allow up to 10 business days for all returns/exchanges to be processed, original shipping & handling costs will not be refunded. You will be notified by email that your return/exchange has arrived and processed. Restocking and shipping charges are waived for any Merch All Day mistakes or damaged merchandise ONLY. Please be sure to include a copy of your order invoice, ship all returns to:
